WE ARE BACK!
Registration is closed for the 2021 season. Our first ride is June 14th at 6:00pm.
KIDS. BIKES. COMMUNITY.
The playground just became “so two days ago”. In an effort to get kids back to being kids, we are excited to introduce Singletrack Flyers, the Keweenaw’s kid-focused singletrack mountain bike organization. This group will gather once a week to partake in activities that resemble pretty much anyone’s childhood dream. Back to the days of dirt and “pop-a-wheelie” contests. Spoke-e-dokes welcome, let’s ride some bikes.
Children will experience the feelings of flight and freedom, building skills and self-confidence in the process. The best part? They will care a lot less about their next XBox fix, and a lot more about their next ride on the bike. They may still consume more than their weight in food, however... but you’ll figure it out.
Let our small groups (split by ability and focus) teach your child fundamentals, safety and some trail stewardship, all while having some regular old gritty fun. All bikes and abilities welcome, smiles required!
